this means a revolution of values and other things. We must see now that the evils of racism, economic exploitation and militarism are all tied together... you can't really get rid of one without getting rid of the others... the whole structure of
American life must be changed.

Thank you, Lord, for a redeemer, Jesus, and for a brother like Dr. King.
ReplyDeleteWe must "put our...own...house in order" and we must begin by removing the plank from our own eyes. Beginning with self-evaluation and then working toward the courage displayed by Jesus (and our brothers like Dr. King), we can move ahead and finally create the order required so we can ALL live our lives more abundantly.
This is essential to our own lives and souls.
